InterFET IF4500 N-Channel JFETs

InterFET IF4500 N-Channel JFETs offer a continuous forward gate current of 10mA and a continuous power dissipation rating of 225mW. The IF4500 JFETs feature a cutoff voltage of less than 1.5V and is available in a TO-72 or SOT23 package. The TO-72 is hermetically sealed. InterFET IF4500 N-Channel JFETs are RoHS compliant and ideal for low voltage and military applications.
