BIVAR UV Standard LEDs
BIVAR Ultraviolet (UV) Standard LEDs include Thru-Hole and Surface Mount (SMD) options. Bivar UV LEDs include the TZ series and SM1206 devices. The TZ series features peak wavelengths in the highly desirable ranges from 390 to 450 nm with a tight tolerance of ± 2.5 nm. These BIVAR UV LEDs also have a built-in Zener Diode that provides circuit protection against ESD. BIVAR SM1206 devices are blue 395 to 405 nm SMD UV LEDs.
