onsemi / Fairchild FSUSBxx USB 2.0 Switches

onsemi / Fairchild FSUSBxx USB 2.0 Switches are low-power, single-port, or two-port high-speed USB 2.0 switches. They are configured as double-pole, single-throw, or double-throw switches and are optimized for switching or isolating a high-speed (480Mbps) source or a high-speed and full-speed (12Mbps) source.

  • Low on capacitance (as low as 3.7pf)

  • Normal operation (< 1uA)

  • Charger detect (FSUSB45 only)
  • Small scale packaging (MicroPak and uMLP)
