Voltage Detectors (Reset ICs)

ROHM Semiconductor Voltage Detectors (Reset ICs) feature a highly accurate detection voltage of ±1% with low current consumption. The detectors are housed in small, thin packages and offer a wide range of detection voltages. The ICs can be used for every application equipped with controllers like microcontrollers, CPUs, or DSPs. The ROHM voltage detector IC series offers CMOS and open drain output. The output of reset signal can be selected for the connected power supply. Default SSOP packages are pin-compatible and function-compatible so that they can be used as replacements for existing ICs. All lineups are Pb-free and meet RoHS.

Low Quiescent Current Solutions

ROHM Low Quiescent Current Solutions increase the demand for smaller components that provide greater design flexibility and the necessary space for integrating features. These regulators achieve lower power consumption to prolong battery life. The low-quiescent-current regulators offer a maximum rated voltage of 50V, an output current ranging from 200mA to 500mA, and a Quiescent current as low as 6μA. Automotive LDO Regulators & Voltage Trackers

ROHM Automotive LDO Regulators and Voltage Trackers are AEC-Q100 qualified and include general-purpose 3-terminal models featuring low-power consumption, high-current capability, and high-voltage resistance. These ROHM LDO regulators and voltage trackers also feature low quiescent current, space-saving, high-efficiency, buck-boost automatic switching control, and low-voltage operation solutions. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers operate at various supply voltage ranges, and the maximum output current varies between 0.07A to 1.5A. These LDO regulators offer different part types LDO, LDO with voltage tracker, LDO regulators with watchdog timer, and voltage trackers only. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers are ideally used in cellular phones, automotive applications, home electric appliances, consumer equipment, and industrial appliances.
