Omron B3F  Series               Tactile Switches

Manufacturer has advised effective as of July 2010 production,
plunger materials will change for most of the B3F-1000 series,
with the following exceptions: 

B3F-1060 : Effective as of production in January, 2011
B3F-1062 : Effective as of production in September, 2010

This measure was taken to improve heat resistance tolerance of
the plunger at current soldering conditions.

Note: neither soldering condition nor product specification
change.

Material of plunger before:  PPO Resin
Material of plunger after:     PBT Resin

Please check specifications to assure new part can be used in
application.
