The DO-214AA components provide a surface mount solution that enables equipment to comply with global regulatory standards. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limits. These thyristors feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, low capacitance, and fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings. Littelfuse P-0S-LRP Thyristors are RoHS compatible, lead free, and halogen free.
