The Dev Board features the NFAM5065L4B Intelligent Power Module in a DIP39 package. The Motor Development Board is rated for 400Vdc input, delivering continuous power over 1kW, with the capability of delivering up to 4kW power for a short period.

onsemi Motor Development Kit (MDK) Family is a comprehensive motor drive prototyping platform consisting of a Universal Controller Board (UCB), which connects to a wide variety of Power Boards. The combination of Controller Board and Power Boards enable users to rapidly test, evaluate, and optimize their systems before designing any hardware. Based on the powerful Xilinx Zynq®-7000 SoC, the UCB is suited for high-end control and AI-based applications.
